We all are on a different type of journey as we set out the door at the beginning of each day. How different each and every process is that we individually go through. What works for me may not work for you and vice versa. There is no secret to success and there will never be an easy way to come out in the end as a winner. Don't let any book title fool you! Haha. As a writer, we understand the process of writing. Not every writing comes out crisp and ready to produce, most end up in the trash.

Today’s Story

“The alchemist start’s his concoction with just a little bit of water. He begin’s to add sunflower oil and watches as it rises to the top of the mixture. “A little bit of fire” he say’s into the stoic yet crisp air. He had been playing with an idea to come up with the formula to growth. A way to mix together certain ailments to create a drink that gave courage, wisdom and most importantly insight into a world that we could not see but feel. Haha, I know what you’re thinking. Alcohol. Sadly, no that was not the answer because he was not trying to inebriate his people but help them.

The fire began to boil to mixture and with the fire came steam. The water was running out and yet some how the oil had kept it’s place. He dropped a bit of salt within the mixture. Poof! It was gone within a moments notice. Interesting, the salt had disappeared as did the water yet some how the oil had stayed.

The alchemist had spent day’s upon day’s looking for the secret to growth and success. Mixing magnesium with mercury and adding wood chips to pure vinegar.

While his quest to create the sense of growth through a drink was unsuccessful one thing did happen. Throughout his experience of trying new things and observing his projects he was growing. Becoming an even better alchemist without even realizing it. Learning the effects of mixing one thing with another. Seeing the proof that not all things react the same when introduced to another mineral or substance.

This was his journey into discovering that he would grow to be the worlds most known alchemist, even to this day.

The Formula To Growth

The Formula To Growth

We all are on a different type of journey as we set out the door at the beginning of each day. How different each and every process is that we individually go through. What works for me may not work for you and vice versa. There is no secret to success and there will never be an easy way to come out in the end as a winner. Don’t let any book title fool you! Haha. As a writer, we understand the process of writing. Not every writing comes out crisp and ready to produce, most end up in the trash.

Each time we start something and finish it there is an open opportunity to learn something new. A way to discover the gold within a pile of charcoal. Each day that we try our best is part of the formula to growth. As stubborn as we all can be at time just step back and realize where you are today compared to where you had stood a year ago.

If you can say that you are in a better place, well done! If things have gone downhill I consider it to be a time to reflect. Investigate where things went wrong and why. Look for the process and understand it deeply with your heart.

The formula to growth begins with trying and being. Learning and seeing. Creating and believing.

Question For The Day

What is part of your formula? What experiences and situations have you been in, in life that have changed the way that you see things?

Everything that we encounter can be and should be considered a step in the right direction. What has worked for you? Are there things that you have to stick to on a daily basis to promote well-being and a level state of mind?

Each one of us has a hand tailored decision to make each day. That is to decide what works and how to determine what it takes to always end up on the right foot. Where life takes you is entirely up to you!
