"I'll get to it tomorrow, I swear." Mutters the voice inside of the mind. Procrastination life's biggest struggle seems to have a voice just at the wrong time. Today’s Story

“”I’ll get to it tomorrow, I swear.” Mutters the voice inside of the mind. Procrastination life’s biggest struggle seems to have a voice just at the wrong time. Every time the farmer goes out early in the morning to till the soil the permafrost never seems to have thawed fully. The funny part was, it’s always that hard so early.

Day’s go by and the ground never seems to be getting any softer. Farming begins to look like a thing of the past. The farmer goes back inside and lay’s down again. Never really investigating the cause for the soil to be as if it were rock.

By the end of the year since nothing else had been done and no other approach had been taken the crop to feed the family and village is nothing but seed.

Procrastination: Life's Biggest Struggle

Procrastination: Life’s Biggest Struggle

Have you ever caught yourself putting things off, just one more day? Procrastination can be a deadly disease that never truly has an end. The answer always being another time, no or I should get to it later. There is never hope and the only thing left seems to be doing nothing at all.

When we start putting things off on a normal basis it almost immediately elaborates into every area of life. There never seems to be the “right time” to do anything. All the drive and ambition is lost and there never seems to be a goal to accomplish. How often we forget the things that we put off to a later time.

Let me tell you push through the fight to build the life in which you wish to live. There is never a “right” or “wrong” time to get things done. If you think of something that needs to be done, get it down now. Be punctual with your attendance. Do what you have to, right here: right now.

Question For The Day

How good are you at getting things done in a timely manner? Do you fear that you can not do something, so you typically don’t do it at all?

The wild fire can be put out with simple steps. Don’t let your mind determine what you do with your body. If you’re having a bad day, start off by making it a better one. With the wrong mind set nothing can be accomplished so that should be the first step to overcoming the power of negativity. Help yourself by helping others. Make time to cook breakfast so that your stomach may be settled because if you are feeling well you can do more with yourself.

We tend to be creatures of habit so if you form the habit of procrastination it is one of the most deadly of them all. It will continue to carry itself throughout your everyday life and you can even begin to slip away from the realization that it is procrastination at all. Do not fear not having enough time or being unable to complete task’s at hand. Do your best and give it your all, that is all we have to offer.
