In a world that moves so fast from moment to moment it is hard to understand why being still is so important. Car's passing throughout the city streets no matter the time of the day. The voices of chatter blistering through the alleyway in all forms. Unable to hit the pause button because you may just happen to miss the important moment you were looking for. For the better or worse things must continue forth at all cost, even one's health. Busting through the next chapter of life without fully digesting the previous accomplishments. Keeping up with the constant flow of information being fed to the brain without really knowing where all of this is going.

Today’s Story

“In a world that moves so fast from moment to moment it is hard to understand why being still is so important. Car’s passing throughout the city streets no matter the time of the day. The voices of chatter blistering through the alleyway in all forms. Unable to hit the pause button because you may just happen to miss the important moment you were looking for. For the better or worse things must continue forth at all cost, even one’s health. Busting through the next chapter of life without fully digesting the previous accomplishments. Keeping up with the constant flow of information being fed to the brain without really knowing where all of this is going. Take a deep breath. To be still is to understand:

Allow a moment to pause life. Practice the ability to be still. Meditate on what is going on right now. Take in the positive vibes mother earth is constantly pushing forward. Simply being for a moment in time that will pass forever.

To Be Still Is To Understand

The fear of stopping is within each and every one of us. Being able to silently reflect on the day for what it is worth can be a life changing moment. Obtaining the enlightenment to the lessons of life without tripping over the cord right in front of you. Gathering the courage to take a second for yourself rather than the work you seem to be constantly wrapped up in. One moment to breathe is worth a thousand words. Watching the thoughts that travel through the mind at the speed of light. Not latching on to any one idea but rather, realizing wisdom is gained just from observing.

For the mental structure of the mind to work properly we must all take a moment to ourselves. It’s not being selfish to push other’s aside for a moment. The health of your mind comes with extreme benefits. You develop a keen sense of awareness for what is going on around you. There can be a sudden sense of routine and understanding. Things some how start to make sense and the fear of being still disappears. One, two, three and four. We are on to the next thought.

Never damage the health of your mind to redeem yourself within a world that never stops. You will get another chance, there will be another time and the opportunity will present itself again.

Question For The Day

Do you allow yourself alone time where you can stop all that is going on? Can you stay still long enough to catch up with yourself?

Never have fear or guilt to be still. Remember to take the time for yourself to digest what is going on in the world. Do your best to make sense of what is going on at all moments. There will always be another time to take on that next project. Be content with the serenity of allowing your thoughts to process themselves. Turn off the T.V. Learn to be alone with yourself and get to know yourself.

The universe has given you the gift of thought don’t lose it in the chaos
