Rushing in to capture the queen, yet again the knight gets picked off. Attempting to hit the deer off in the distance but some how the bullet misses again. Eyeing the fly that's skillfully wavering back and forth and BANG! Yet another try at swatting him down to fail yet again. Impatience at it's finest watching as the young child pouts for candy in the isle of the store not realizing that by the end of the experience if he had behaved the whole time, mom would have had a candy bar waiting at the end. Throwing a tantrum only resulting in the lack of the ladder.

Today’s Story

“Rushing in to capture the queen, yet again the knight gets picked off. Attempting to hit the deer off in the distance but some how the bullet misses again. Eyeing the fly that’s skillfully wavering back and forth and BANG! Yet another try at swatting him down to fail yet again. Impatience at it’s finest watching as the young child pouts for candy in the isle of the store not realizing that by the end of the experience if he had behaved the whole time, mom would have had a candy bar waiting at the end. Impatience At It’s Finest

To learn that patience is a virtue may take a life time if you do not slow down enough to realize it. We must consider a simple pause in certain moments of life to reap the benefit of completely understanding the moment we stand in. Carefully planting the right foot in front of the left foot with great precision. How often the ability to rush in instilled into the actual fabric in which we are made of.

In today’s society it is easy to get caught in the newest trend, “Go, go, go and don’t focus on anything else.”

There are many times where you must do nothing at all so that something can happen. Instant gratification is a huge thing in our era of time that people seem to get pleasure from. I want it now and if I don’t get it I will find a way to. Truth be told this is such a sick way of thinking in most scenarios however, not in all if it permit your drive to do something for yourself; by yourself. With pressing the issue and expecting things to happen right away removes the chance for opportunity. With such a mind set we can push off what is meant to be or even turn off all other possibilities.

Planning out the reason in which you do what you do is an important role you must take on everyday. Deciding what to do and where to go so that one can be at a pace to keep up with the universe itself. Requiring that the soul slow down and take in everything that may be going on.

Question For The Day

Are you good at being patience as in, waiting for the right moment? Are you able to capture time at the plateau of importance?

Waiting for that moment with the patience required is a gift and skill. When you are able to actually use a specific moment in time properly so that you may gain the upper hand, you will begin to see the fortune involved. Harnessing the moment for the greater good in yourself and humanity can lead to even bigger successes. Having the sense for opportunity and time can lead you down a path towards things that were once thought unattainable. To use the mind as a tool and navigate your decisions as a pilot fly’s an aircraft.

  • Thanks for the encouraging word bro. The Bible emphasizes the testing of your faith produces patience. “But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.” (James 1:4) Not my strong suit, but God is working it out. Having the patience of Job takes a lot of time and falling and getting back up. Blessings and peace to you. Have a great week!
