Paying Attention to The Body

Paying Attention To The Body

With due diligence and care we all know the human body is capable of a list of things that are unheard of to people who have no experience. Able to create a balance in life to where the physical body is being trained. Having a sense of belief and to not become overwhelmed by goals and small tasks, huge results are inevitable. With a balance of healthy eating, good mental health practices and physical training the body can become a machine.

With all of this being said, one must listen to the messages of the body as well. Paying attention to the signals being sent out because the body will tell you when it needs to stop or when it needs more fuel. Also, it will make you aware when down time is needed or more training is necessary. There must be a healthy balance between what you are putting out and taking in.

Your body will speak to you, so long as you are listening. The messages that are sent can be deciphered into helping for the better development of self.

Question For The Day

Do you listen to the messages that the body sends when it either needs more or less? Are you able to balance your physical body to handle the outside requirements of life?

The body should be considered a temple. Requiring maintenance and continuous care until the day it decides to shut down, for good.

Be aware of what you are putting into your body as it will determine what is put out. You put in junk you get out junk. If you don’t move much, you won’t move much. You lack physical training? Don’t expect to be able to compete against those who do.

It’s all a game we should be willing to participate in for the greater good of not only ourselves but humanity as a whole.

  • Impressive blog post! Awareness is essential. Although I am not a weight lifter ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ Paying attention to the energy in the body is key to improving in any discipline. It helps you to recognize when your hungry, thirsty and when your fatigued.

    • Absolutely. Itโ€™s not about being a weight lifter but more or less making sure that your body is well taken care of. It lets you know when you need something for a reason, you know?

      Have a great day!

  • Encouraging and inspirational post; thank you so much. I do listen to my body and Iโ€™m grateful for its guidance. Unfortunately, sometimes my mind speaks excessively which can drown out the guidance, but I do what I can to get back on track as quickly as possible.
