“The fireman keeps on fighting the blaze from which he is unable to escape. Continuing on with what he knows is right, to go up against the flames until there are none left. Disregarding sleep, alone time and eating right. The main focus is to protect people from the forest that seems to be on fire for ever. Forgetting that physical balance brings clarity which may bring about a new tactic to go up against the inferno.
As rest is required and mandatory so the mind can rest along with the body. Upon awakening the blaze is taken care of with out much effort from a new vantage point previously unthought of.”
Physical Balance Brings Clarity
Burning yourself out is something that can happen before you’ve even noticed. Through out my time on this earth I can openly say that I have burned myself out without even noticing it to be happening. All of the sudden there is no physical balance between life, work, volunteering service and my spiritual self which means there is no flow my own existence. The importance to creating a healthy balance means that you can bring clarity to life as a whole.
Question For The Day
Do you take the time to notice if you’re burning out? Are you able to tell yourself to stop and slow down?
When it comes down to you, we all need to realize when it’s time to just relax and slow down. The physical body will begin to shut down without you even realizing it. When this happens recovery can be just a day to a few weeks. The physical body needs time to recuperate and begin to take care of itself.
