“By the river bank the fisherman waits patiently for the nibble which signifies his next meal and pay day. A few coins per fish he only hopes to eat tonight. Little does anyone know it has been almost a week since he has taken anything home not only for himself but the family he has at home as well. Whistling away looking as if there is no worry in the world up on his face. A feat that he has overcome before, a lesson learned in his adolescence, patience is a virtue.
Moving up and down the banks from moment to moment looking for the optimal fishing spot. At last! The reel spins out and there is a bite. A trout is added to the bucket of water by the way side. Does the fisherman stop and go home? No. He has found the sweet spot! He cast’s out and stay’s another hour or two; catching enough fish to feed his family for the week and pay the bills this month.”
Patience Is A Virtue
We must all wait for the focal point of focus to turn in to opportunity. The general idea is to be patient enough for the moment we have all been waiting for. There is no telling when your chance may be or when your time has come. An important factor to remember is to never give up, to strive for what you wish to obtain and never stop.
There’s a wise old saying I love to stick by “Hasty climbers have sudden falls.“
Don’t rush your system, be patient with it; developing precision, goals and obtaining knowledge and wisdom. To those who wait or continue on no matter what, are those who gain the biggest triumphs over those who are readily willing to jump onto any bandwagon easily accessible.
You’ve probably heard me say, take every opportunity that comes your way this week. I mean that with due diligence to the fact that it is the right opportunity that you have been waiting for or you have decided to take a chance or risk. It’s all a matter of deciding what a good choice is, so long as you are doing your best while moving through the process.
Question For The Day
Are you able to be patient enough to take on your opportunity with precision? Have you ever waited for the perfect moment and gained much more out of it?
I feel at times opportunity presents itself to those who wait. When you’re always on your toes and never able to think or see clearly because you are so focused on one thing; you can lose a vital chance.
You can become so hyper focused onto one thing that it can literally destroy your vision for the bigger picture in life so do your best to take things in small steps. Be humble in your endeavors with patience.
