“Striving to make the best of all situations, remembering the center of life begins to fade. At the core of every being is the soul, which needs to be nurtured and watered from time to time. Delicately pouring over the fruit of becoming centered once again. Grounding to the earth from which we have all come; and will return. Taking the time to just be while improving the core of oneself. Be with the moment and tie to the message of helping yourself; the soul does not lie.”
We all know that time when the body says,”NOPE! NOT HAPPENING!” If you’re anything like me; that message is often disregarded as weakness or something that can be overlooked. Guilt can set in and my drive for success may override my ability to ground.
You must take care of yourself before you can offer anything to the world around you. Being grounded is most important when you have much to bring to the table.
The ability to be content, grounded and aware of what is going on; with intentions on being the best version of yourself, can be great. It can also be a huge downfall under the right circumstances, with guilt of not being able to offer more.
Do you do too much for others and not enough for yourself? What do you bring to the table for yourself; are you grounded?
Don’t let the guilt of needing your own space and time draw you away from the one of the vital components to takings care of yourself, grounding.
Help yourself by taking care of yourself. There will always be time for more to offer and endless opportunities to be there for others. Never feel guilty for taking time to be alone, so long as you need it.
