“Moving through the day looking around, the perception of not being good enough settles in. As the toddler looks around at the other fortunate families, with enough resource to provide abundance to their families; while others are just making it by. Wishing more came to fruition through-out the holiday’s and blaming oneself for the short coming. Wondering what set of circumstances brought this guilt to the table, looking for a way to become better; to feel better.”
Sometimes looking at the outside world is more than enough to make one feel not good enough. With the magic of social media and the ability to pretend a life; feeling guilty and bad about yourself is that much easier. Perception is just a tool of life; not a reality.
Wondering in awe at how others have surpassed one’s own ability may seem like such a minimal circumstance; but some will end their aim over such trivial times. Feeling as if there is no reason to continue, simply because one does not feel good enough to keep on going. While what is being perceived to be true is not; it feels as though it is reality.
Do you feel good about yourself when you get your day started? Are you ready to take on the world; no matter the circumstances?
There is no reason under the sun that you should feel as though you are not good enough. As humans we all posses a niche that makes us; us. There is a magical ability within you that you may just not have discovered yet. With every ounce of dedication in the bones you will make it to the next level.
Be willing to create your own circumstances and stop paying attention to what is going on around you.
Prequalifying oneself is setting yourself up for failure. Be happy with who you are and continue to give the universe the best version of yourself. Our time here is limited.
If no one told you that you are good enough today: YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH! HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY!

Some days I can wake up feeling great and positive ready to get on with life. Then I step out of my home and get hit with a huge wall of negativity and jealousy. If people focused more on themselves than the destruction of others might help us all to move on and achieve. I have to raise my levels of resilience to cope with the feelings of animosity and hatred and I am sure too many of us face this daily. Call it what you will strengthening, I call it hard and boring that these people can be so hell bent on destruction.
Many perceive the world negatively and would like to bring down any and all around them. It’s a sad but true reality. Unfortunately, misery loves company and that’s a fact.
Have an awesome day!
