“The mountains face is scorn by the rough winds year round with wrinkles of ancient wisdom. The booming force of literal size intimidating the surrounding world. A creature of this size takes millennia to create resulting in a natural sculpture unavoidable of eyes staring back in awe. No movement is necessary to make an impact but only two feet on the bottom gazing upward at mother nature’s wild creations. With full intentions of reaching the top, full preparation shall not be missed. A simple rope will result in a monumental moment that the decision to turn around must be made.

Character is something developed over time, hard to create and something lost at the drop of a dime. Making an impact on this world is not a task to take lightly, a feat many fail at over and over again. As the trek through the tundra requires years of training, so does being the best version of yourself.

Wisdom is created over years of learning along with studying the world around us closely. To repetitively go through the trials of existence, being beaten and battered by the world that can be so cold at times. We have our highs and lows, lows being the best moments to learn from. Take each moment seriously for what you take away may be something you remember forever.

What can you learn today from each simple task that you complete? Is there something you’ve been working on for a long time but can not seem to grasp the concept?

Allow yourself to learn and to be in the moment so you will inherently learn from those around you. Each step taken can be a lesson learned.

You are not alone on this journey, reach out for a hand to grab and there will be one there to pick you up. Seek the guidance of those around you, most people want to see humanity go in the direction of the greater good of us all.

  • There are definitely plenty of learning opportunities in every day – even lessons we may struggle with. The pain is always a deterrent, but if we just push on… aah, the success of that learned lesson!
I am very grateful for the fact that I truly am never alone (although sometimes I wish the children and dogs would let me pretend that I am 😛 ) – it’s so important to have people who can speak into your life and help you grow 🙂

    • No pain no gain as pops would say!! It’s very helpful to place yourself around people who will push you or pick you up when you need it the most. I’ve got to say for the most part through out my life I’ve had a really good support system. I would not be the man I am today without it.

Have a great day my dear 🙂

P.S Tell the dog and kids Will says hi :p

      • Oh please, don’t encourage ‘them’ 😛
A good support system is very important and makes a huge difference. I didn’t have one for many years, and I wandered around aimlessly fighting unnecessary battles because of it! I think that’s why I’m ‘extra’ grateful now 😉 And also why I am inclined to try harder to be supportive of those who need me.
Hope you have a wonderful day, Will 🙂

  • Yes, character is developed step by step over many years. It can also be slowly undermined. Hence, it’s important to pay attention to who is influencing us, and when we are allowing ourselves to get lazy, or make small compromises.

    • I couldn’t agree with you more, it’s extremely easy for character to be broken down in my opinion. It’s really scary if you think about it with all of the media and different influencers that are so readily accessible these days.

Have a great day and thanks for stopping in.
