Some days it may be hard to get the mind going. Those soft feelings of being sluggish not wanting to move from the comfort a blanket holds. Shy from the world which brings a today full of untold stories.
These thoughts aren’t wrong, but can curb your enthusiasm to take on what is next in life or contribute to a missed out opportunity. Down time is completely necessary but do you take advantage of it?
Do you feel like some day’s its just not in you to keep going and contribute what is needed? That small goal you’ve been working towards seems to not be coming together as well as it should?
The mind is a powerful vessel when influenced by positive thinking can change what the body does. Our soul is simply an entity that uses the temple of the body to navigate through the world we live in. You can consciously choose to be that strong person you are, with the right thoughts directed in the right way.
Look at it this way, if you think negative you will undoubtedly be given negativity back.
BUT if you choose to give out positivity it is inevitable that positive currents will swim back your way.
You are good enough, you can do it and today is the day you just may be presented with that wonderful opportunity you’ve been waiting so long for. Get out there and do your best so you can get back what you deserve!

Thank you for this encouragement. There are many days that I feel like it’s not in me to keep going and keep doing what’s needed from me. Somehow I keep moving forward though. One tiny step at a time.

Struggling with this, but you have good points there.
I still have trouble getting up in the morning from time to time, or to continue on with a task that’s not yet completed. Self talk is the most important part of the process telling yourself that you can do it. It’s hard but once you get into the habit of it it becomes automatic.

I am sure! I usually am hopeful in the morning but evenings are bad.
Try switching up your routine and doing something different to throw off your bad habits?
I try, but I think I need to schedule my evenings better. Not in terms of work, but in terms of adding things that will make me feel better.
