“The only amount of control necessary in life is the understanding that ones own reactions are the only tangible resource at hand at any given moment. The outside world will test, break and intimidate when ever it feels like doing so. The perfect remedy is to ground oneself to absorb any and all feelings, emotions and actions that are reflected back upon the universe itself.”
How do you react under stress? Are we collaborating or working against each other?
During daily tasks many different personalities conflict amongst us to create each situation as it flows through time. Is it up to you to be cohesive or is it up for grabs by whom ever or what ever comes into existence?
Are you okay with letting outside forces remove you from being the best version of yourself?
Today’s query is loaded with questions for one simple reason, we must question our own motives at any given time. Ego is one hell of a drug.
Sometimes you just need to get out of your own way and realize the resolution resides within you.

For those who are mind centered the ego is their drug.
It’s so easy in today’s society to get into the me mindset that it’s actually pretty concerning.
I often wonder what happened to the “we” term when it comes to accomplishments or even just being driven towards a common goal.
Have a great day!
Yes, absolutely correct – getting out of our own way is the wisest path. Great post. Thank you. ❤
