Weaknesses Are Strengths – Will’s Wisdom

“Harness the recognition of what weaknesses portray themselves within daily task’s and objectives. Tune in to what can be improved. Awareness of there being a lack of, is a skill in itself. The ability to adjust according to situations is an expertise rarely sought after which can help with being down on oneself.”

What are your weakness and how can you improve them?

Rather than making the good, even better, have you considered improving the lack of? While we can always improve in our strong sectors, taking a hard look at what really needs to improve is beneficial yet hard. When there’s an opportunity to learn, tune in and really learn to improve.

There’s no reason under the sun to get down over faults it only leaves room for improvement which we all need.

Self-Reflection is a tool to be used delicately for the purpose to pursue happiness.

Recognize your weakness to improve for the future.

“Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” – Carl Jung

  • It is good to look at weaknesses and make them strengths. When asked by employers my weakness, I always replied if I find one I turn it to a strength. This is good advice.

    • The ability to reflect on weakness can be hard to get a hold of. Looking in the mirror and calling yourself out is extremely hard but once done, in the right manner, can turn you into a very strong human being.
